FAQ

How can I watch a meeting?

Visit this link and choose the town in which the meeting was located.  It will provide the schedule for that channel.  You can find out what day and time it will be on the channel and if it is available on demand, you will see “Watch Now” next to it.  You can also search for the meeting you are interested in. If you have any questions about our meeting coverage, please call us at 508-830-6999.

What is the Community Channel?

PACTV’s Community Channel is also referred to as the Public Access Channel.  It is a first amendment forum and is open to residents of Duxbury, Kingston, Pembroke and Plymouth.  Residents create their own television show or they join as PACTV members so that they can learn video production skills and borrow our equipment or studios. While PACTV’s Community Channel is mostly made up of shows created by the community, it also has other local programming produced by PACTV for the community.  This programming includes PACTV Community News (PCN), PCN Life, parades, public service announcements with local nonprofits and a Community Bulletin Board with local notices.  For more about our news show, visit this link.  For more about PCN Life, visit: this link. For more about Event Coverage, visit: this link. For more about Public Service Announcements and how to create them at PACTV, visit: this link.
