Public Access Notices
PACTV manages the Public Access Channel (Comcast Channel 13 & Verizon Channel 43) serving the towns of Duxbury, Kingston, Pembroke and Plymouth. Non-Profit Organizations and Community Service Providers serving our communities may submit notices.
The Bulletin Board is a great way to let residents know about events and non-profit organizations in the community. PACTV can create your notice for free and it can be shown on the Public Access Channel for up to six months. Filling out a Bulletin Board is easy. PACTV manages the Pembroke Education Channel (Comcast 15) in Pembroke and provides Educational Access in Kingston. Educational programming in Kingston is shown on the Kingston Government Channel (Comcast 14 and Verizon 41 in Kingston).
